Terms & Conditions 

1. Services and Enrollment

  • Customization: All courses and services are highly customizable. Clients are required to consult with Advantage Inter LLC prior to booking to ensure the curriculum or service scope meets their specific experience level and business needs.

  • One-on-One Nature: Mentorship sessions are strictly private, one-on-one engagements between the consultant and the client.

2. Payment and Fees

  • Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.

  • All-Access Mentorship Fee: This fee is a discounted rate for the full curriculum. It must be paid in full (or as per an agreed installment plan) prior to the commencement of the first session.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Mentoring Sessions: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Advisory/Consulting/Due Diligence: Once an investigation or audit has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Ownership: All course materials, proprietary frameworks, and trade strategies provided during the mentorship remain the exclusive intellectual property of Advantage Inter LLC.

  • Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, recording of sessions, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Advisory Nature: Our services are for educational and advisory purposes only. While we provide expert due diligence and risk mitigation strategies, Advantage Inter LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or market profits.

  • Trading Risks: The client acknowledges that commodities trading involves significant risk. Advantage Inter LLC shall not be liable for any direct or consequential financial losses incurred by the client in their independent trading activities.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Advantage Inter LLC for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, trade secrets, and personal data shared during the engagement strictly confidential.
